4. Prices, Delivery and order processing costs, and VAT
The price charged for a Product will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be indicated in the order confirmation email.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time and without notification. Price increases will only be applicable to orders placed after such changes.
The prices of the Product(s) include VAT and other applicable taxes but do not include delivery and handling costs.
The additional costs relating to the delivery and processing of the order and the related VAT or any other applicable taxes will be indicated on the Online Shop during the ordering process and will also be included in the order confirmation e-mail.

The delivery options are as follows:
Standard at home: 2 to 3 working days
Express at home: 1 to 2 working days
UPS relay point: 2 working days
The delivery time and the delivery option you have chosen will be confirmed to you in the order confirmation.
The delivery date will not exceed 30 days, unless you have specifically consented to a later date.
If you order personalized Product(s), the manufacturing time of said personalized Product(s) will be added to the delivery time depending on the delivery option selected.
If you unreasonably postpone delivery or delay receipt of delivery after we have notified you that we have attempted to deliver the Product(s) ordered to you, or if you have provided us with a wrong delivery which results in unsuccessful delivery, the delivery package will be sent back to us. If the Product(s) remain undelivered for a period of 7 working days after the first attempt at delivery and are returned to us undelivered, we reserve the right to cancel the contract of sale and, upon receipt of the returned delivery package, we will reimburse you in accordance with the provisions of Article 9.
We cannot be held liable for late delivery or failure to perform, if the delay or failure results from unforeseeable and insurmountable facts, from a third party to the contract or from a case of force majeure. We recommend that you examine the package and the Product(s) received within 14 (fourteen) days of their delivery as well as check their condition and whether the contents of the package are complete. 6. Product Availability
We do not guarantee the availability of the Products in the Online Store.
With the exception of orders already accepted, we reserve the right, without liability and without prior notice, to change, interrupt or stop the sale of any Product.
7. Compatibility and Product Information
We ask you, when placing your order, to make sure that the Product(s) you buy are compatible with the use for which you intend to use them. Please use the Online Store as your ultimate point of reference when checking compatibility. Return procedure

We will refund the price you paid for the Product(s) plus the initial delivery costs within 14 days of receipt of the returned Product(s) in our warehouse. If you have expressly chosen an express delivery method, only the initial standard delivery costs will be refunded to you.
The refund will be confirmed to you by e-mail. Payment will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction.
If you are returning Product(s) 1) which you are not entitled to return, 2) which you have damaged or used in any way other than as necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and proper functioning of the Product(s), or 3) with one or more Product(s) missing, or 4) which you do not have, of any other manner, taken reasonable care including for their return, we reserve the right either to refuse your return and refuse to refund you, or to reduce any payment which must be refunded to you, this up to the amount of the depreciation of the Product (s) (s), subject to applicable legal provisions.

However, the following damage is not covered by the warranty:

b) Damage resulting from transport or storage of the Product(s)
c) Damage resulting from non-compliant use of the Product(s) or poor maintenance
d) Damage resulting from non-compliance with the instructions for use and maintenance of the Product(s) as defined in the instructions for use of the Product(s)
e) Damage resulting from the modification of the Product(s)
f) Damage resulting from shock, caused by sharp objects, twisting, compression, dropping, abnormal impact and other actions beyond our control.

11. Personal Data
The HOFF privacy policy and additional provisions in these Sales Terms govern the use of your personal data. Purchasing of goods in the Online Store requires that you accept the HOFF privacy policy and the processing of personal data as described in the HOFF privacy policy.
12. Our Liability
These Sales Terms set out the full extent of our obligations and liabilities in respect of the Products. To the extent permitted by applicable law, there are no other warranties, conditions or other terms that are binding on us than the ones mentioned in these Sales Terms. In particular, we will not be responsible for ensuring that the Products are suitable for your purposes.
We shall not be liable whether in contract, tort or otherwise for any economic losses (including without limitation loss of income, loss of profits, loss of contracts, business or anticipated savings), loss of data, loss of goodwill or reputation or for any special, indirect, consequential or punitive loss or damage of any kind howsoever arising. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
